Discover the action figures of The Lion King
Released in 1994, The Lion King is a great classic of Disney animation. So it was only natural that Funko created the figurines of the cartoon characters such as the young Simba and his friends Timon and Pumbaa, Zazu the Red-billed Hornbill, Mufasa's butler, but also the monkey Rafiki and the villain Scar and the three famous hyenas that are at his command.
The story takes place deep in the African savannah, the Land of Lions, where all the animals celebrate the birth of Simba, son of King Mufasa and Queen Sarabi whose destiny is to become the future king. Mufasa then shows him the responsibilities of royalty and makes him understand the stakes of his destiny. Mufasa's brother Scar, the former heir to the throne, plans to eliminate Mufasa and Simba in order to become king. He devises a plan to trap his brother and nephew. The battle for Lionland is synonymous with betrayal, tragedy and drama with Mufasa's death, which leads to Simba's exile. The young lion will learn to grow up with his two new friends Timon and Pumbaa, and take back what is rightfully his.

POP collection The Lion King has 33 figures 🎉. The first figurine of the collection came out in June 2014, it was the one of Simba (Flocked) while the last figurine put on sale by Funko for this series is Simba on Pride Rock (which came out in February 2022). This franchise, under the licence of Disney doesn't include (yet) any chase figure. Please note that this franchise does not have multipack (several action figures sold together).
