Bleach is a manga by Tite Kubo first published in 2000. This Shônen was one of the last remnants of a Nekketsu style that still prevailed at the very end of the previous century. Its fame was such that it was considered as one of the best Shônens of its generation, appearing for a long time in the Top 3 of Jump magazine with the not less famous Naruto and One Piece.
Its content was made even more famous thanks to its animated adaptation and especially the musical composition associated with it. Its first credits, taken from one of the music of the J-POP group Asterisk and its exquisite soundtrack composed by Shirô Sagisu, a composer who worked on the soundtrack of the legendary Neon Genesis Evangelion, contributed to sublimate the animated adaptation. All this only participated to make Bleach a mythical work as could be an exceptional manga/anime that we associate with a given period but which, despite everything, remains timeless and timeless.
The manga tells the adventures of a high school student: Kurosaki Ichigo. This one, after a combination of circumstances, inherits the powers of a Shinigami (God of death) and finds himself forced to help the spirits to reach the afterlife; the Soul Society. In the course of his mission, while having to deal with his high school life at the same time, Ichigo will find himself facing increasingly powerful enemies, from the monstrous Hollows to the Quincys of the Sternritter and the Arrancars of the Hueco Mundo.
Using spiritual powers with devastating effects, Bleach's protagonists offer one of the world's most popular fighting Nekketsus. Its vast array of secondary characters - all of whom are given special consideration in the plot - will help make Bleach even more enjoyable. There are more than a hundred characters to choose from, and they all find their rightful place in the plot.
Everyone will find a favorite character, if not several. Between the ten Espadas and their Fraccions, the thirteen captains of the Gotei and their respective lieutenants - not to mention some subordinates - or the twenty-six members of the Sternritter, not forgetting of course the first circle of Ichigo's allies and all the others, the variety of characters and their powers contributes greatly to the richness of Bleach. This, among many other assets.
Because of its notoriety, this one persisting years after the end of the manga, a new animated adaptation in charge of restoring the final arc of Bleach was finally elaborated for the occasion. A classic could not have been treated otherwise. More than twenty years after its very first animated episode, Bleach remains on the screens with new episodes, making it a series able to please all the generations that follow one another.
As such, Funko POP Bleach figures will not fail to please the youngest as well as the forty-year-olds who grew up with this exceptional Shônen. A Shônen whose sequel is planned but not yet certain. Bleach, sooner or later, will come back to the forefront, either on screen or on your shelf with a quality Funko POP figure.

POP collection Bleach has 12 figures 🎉. The first figurine of the collection came out in October 2015, it was the one of Rukia Kuchiki while the last figurine put on sale by Funko for this series is Ichigo Kurosaki (which came out in October 2023). This franchise, under the licence of VIZ Media, LLC doesn't include (yet) any chase figure. Please note that this franchise does not have multipack (several action figures sold together).
