Harley Quinn, whose real name is Harley Quinzel, just broke up with the Joker when the film opens. She wanders in Roman Sionis' club and sees the problems coming quickly: all these enemies want to take advantage of her break-up to take revenge on her...

Taken to task by Roman Sionis, she negotiates her life in exchange for a mission: to find the diamond that Sionis has been robbed by a young pickpocket. This mission brings Harley Quinn in the middle of a formidable battle against Sionnis, during which she will find unexpected allies forming the Birds of Prey quartet.
