The Batman takes place only two years after Bruce Wayne first donned the Batman costume. The Dark Knight still roams the streets of Gotham at night, striking terror into the hearts of criminals. But on October 31, Halloween, a violent murder of the city's mayor (who is up for re-election) marks the beginning of a series of murders targeting corrupt men in the city: politicians, lawmen, mob bosses,... all of them are targeted by a mysterious Ridler.

Bruce Wayne will have to investigate, with the help of Inspector Gordon but also with a strong ally since Selina Kyle alias Catwoman is also in the game! On the tracks of this psychopathic serial killer, who seems to play with Batman by leaving him riddles with each murder and whose real motivations are difficult to discern.

The Batman plunges us into a dark Gotham, in the heart of its mafia and its corrupt elites. Following the investigation of a still very young Bruce Wayne in search of his place as a vigilante, we take pleasure in reconnecting with the characters of the Batman universe, including mobsters such as Penguin or the faithful butler Alfred Penny Worth.

Funko offers a set of POP The Batman featuring the main characters of the movie.
