After Michelangelo, it's now Donatello from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles’ turn to be "popified" in POP Art Series. So there is now little doubt that Raphael and Leonardo are next on the list...

Donatello is the intellectual of the group, at ease with machines and generally much calmer and more pacifist than his brothers. He's particularly known for his mastery of technology, making himself very useful when a system needs to be repaired or a new machine needs to be built to help the Ninja Turtles get out of a jam.

The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles POP Art Series style seems to be stopped and the set with the 4 Mutant Turtles promises to be on the level. Just like the Michelangelo POP, we find Donatello fully green, with his purple headband to distinguish him from his brothers and his staff (a fully purple bō for the occasion). The artistic side is conferred by the repeated motifs on the POP with Donatello's head, but also the words "pizza" and "cowabunga" that appear several times.

Unlike Michelangelo who was represented on this POP Art Series holding a box of Donuts, it is his weapon that Donatello carries, a wink reminding us of the different personalities of the mutant turtles and the fact that Michelangelo is much more inclined to enjoy life than to fight!
