New wave of Funko POP Black Clover

Funko has just unveiled a brand new wave of POPs from the Black Clover manga/anime! The last Black Clover POPs were only released in August, and it seems that Funko has decided to spoil fans a little more.

For this new announcement, Funko has unveiled 6 figurines based on Black Clover characters. They include young Asta, of course, but also characters not yet available as Funko POP! figures, enough to add a few POPs to your collection.

The announced line-up is as follows:

• #1555 Black Asta in Glow in the Dark version

Black Clover is a Japanese manga and animated series created by Yūki Tabata. The story takes place in a fantasy world where magic is omnipresent and every individual is born with a magical affinity.

In Black Clover, we follow the adventures of Asta, a young boy with no innate magical abilities but who dreams of becoming the Emperor-Mage, the kingdom's greatest magician... His perseverance leads him to obtain an ancient grimoire, the "Anti-Magic Grimoire", which gives him the power to cancel magical spells...

The world of Black Clover is populated by magicians' guilds, fantastic creatures and mysteries surrounding the protagonists' pasts. The story explores themes such as friendship, resilience and overcoming obstacles.

The series has gained in popularity thanks to its fast pace, unexpected twists and turns and charismatic characters! Magical battles are at the heart of the series, and the clashes between the various mages are spectacular, highlighting the diversity of magical powers and strategies used. The relationships between Asta and the other members of the Black Brigade play a central role in the development of the story.

With these six new figures, the complete Funko POP Black Clover set now includes 21 figurines featuring 13 different characters. The most popular are, of course: 1. Asta with 4 figurines 2. Noelle and Yuno tied with 3 POPs each 3. Luck Voltia completes the podium with 2 figurines of the character.
