We love the POPs of our favorite brands, and Funko knows it well. If they are often featuring the brands' mascots, declined in Glitter, Flocked, etc. versions, it is quite rare that these POPs remind a brand's highlight. This is the case of this new Coca-Cola POP, as it is based on one of the greatest commercials of one of the most famous brands in the world!
Remember (or go to the internet to find the video) the Coca-Cola advert called "I'd Like to Buy the World a Coke" which was based on the codes of peace, sharing and love. The spot, released in 1971, hit hard, becoming one of Coca-Cola's best-known commercials and helping to build brand awareness in all countries. For this commercial, Coca-Cola gathered people from all over the world who, with a Coke bottle in hand, sang the song "I'd Like To Teach The World To Sing" in unison.
To pay tribute to this ad, Funko chose to represent the famous little red can with a little dove bringing peace and holding the globe in its hand. We find the smile representing the face of the character and the emblematic typography of the brand which appears in various colors for the occasion.
