POP Eleven Punk (Stranger Things)

Eleven (or Eleven in VO), is the girl at the center of the mysteries of the Stranger Things series. Raised in Hawkins' laboratory by Dr. Brenner, who used her for experiments to exploit her extraordinary abilities, Eleven ran away from the laboratory after opening the breach that released the Demogorgon...

This is how she meets the boys' gang and understands that she is no stranger to Will's disappearance. She even manages to get in touch with him while Will is in the upside down world. With her help, the town of Hawkins manages to get rid of the monster, but Eleven is now missing.

At the beginning of season 2, it is understood that Eleven was taken in by Jim Hopper and that he hides her in his isolated cabin. Hopper has imposed strict rules to protect her, including not allowing her to leave the cabin and not allowing her to communicate with anyone other than himself. The girl is not comfortable with the situation, having only the television to open up to the outside world...

While she is more and more eager to emancipate herself, Hopper continues to refuse to let her out. To preserve her, he lies to her about her mother's story and it is when Eleven discovers the reality by rummaging through a box of archives at the cabin that she decides to go in search of her mother.

Eleven finds her mother in a vegetative state, but her mother manages to give her a glimpse of her past through the psychic abilities they maintain. Eleven learns that she was not alone in the laboratory and that a young girl, older than she was, was also kept as a guinea pig.

Funko chose to represent Onze in an exceptional POP figurine where she was reunited with her "sister" Kali in Chicago. Kali is the leader of a gang and uses her powers to take revenge on the people who abused her in the lab. She convinces Eleven to join her vendetta and decides to give her a makeover. Indeed Eleven wears the clothes donated by Hopper and these are not really fashionable...

So we find Eleven's pop in punk: blue jeans rolled up on one leg, black bandana, white shoes that go up and leather jacket form his new look! Eleven has gel in his hair, which is now completely flattened backwards, and black makeup around his eyes. The style is completely in tune with Hawkins' girl and she doesn't dislike it!

Finally, in a nod to the character of Stranger Things Eleven is shown holding one of the Eggo brand waffle packs she loves in her hand. Funko has even gone so far as to represent a bleeding nose on the girl's nose, which suggests that Eleven obtained the waffles in a not very legal way and using his powers...
