POP Bashful (Snow White)

Bashful is one of the dwarves in the cartoon Snow White and the Seven Dwarves, Disney's first feature film released in 1937. The story tells the life of Princess Snow White who flees into the forest and takes refuge with the seven dwarves. Indeed, her mother-in-law the Queen, jealous of her beauty, ordered her servant to eliminate her. But the hunter did not have the courage to kill the princess and let her go. Snow White is then greeted by the seven dwarves and experiences happy moments until the day the Queen realizes that she is still alive. The Queen then takes the appearance of an old witch and brings a poisoned apple that Snow White bites. The princess falls into an eternal sleep. Warned by the forest animals, the dwarves leave the diamond mine but it is too late. They make a glass coffin and place the princess in it. One day, the prince finds the princess and gives her a farewell kiss that breaks the spell and awakens Snow White. Dwarves and animals jump for joy, dancing to celebrate the return of the Princess. The princess gives each of the dwarves a kiss before leaving with her Prince Charming.

In this farewell scene, Shy becomes red as a tomato. He is the most sensitive dwarf of the group, when attention is drawn to him, he is embarrassed and hides his hands behind his back. During the meeting with Snow White, the princess guesses the names of each of the dwarves and when it's Timid's turn, he crosses his legs, gets all red, looks down and twists his beard and ties a knot, all embarrassed. Physically, Shy is quite thin, like Sneezy and Sleepy. He has a long white beard and is partially bald. He is always very smiling and wears an orange uniform.

On this Pop! Funko figurine Funko represents Shy as we can see in the cartoon. All shy, he is blushing, with chubby cheeks and hands behind his back. He wears a big smile and his big black eyes with his long eyelashes make him look too adorable. As in the cartoon, we find his big nose and his white beard that goes up to his skull. He wears a big blue hat, an orange jacket surrounded by a black belt. Finally, he wears brown pants and matching shoes.
