POP Barb (8-bit) (EMCC) (Stranger Things)

Barbara is one of the characters in season 1 of Stranger Things on Netflix. Barb falls victim to Demogorgon as she goes to a party at Steve's house to accompany her friend Nancy Wheeler. Unfortunately, Barbara will never come back from the upside down world...

Barbara is a very reserved and discreet girl. If she agrees to go to Steeve Harrington's party, it's only to not leave Nancy alone. Nevertheless, while teenage couples isolate themselves, Barbara remains alone by the pool. Demogorgon then appears and makes her disappear.

After days of searching, Nancy and Jonathan Byers (whose brother Will is the first victim of the monster), carry out a parallel police investigation and gradually begin to understand the strange facts taking place in the town of Hawkins.

Nevertheless, they will soon have little hope of finding Barbara alive, since Eleven, who manages to communicate with the world upside down, makes them understand that she cannot identify where Barb is, and therefore that she is no longer alive.

Barbara's parents continue to search for the girl in the 2nd season of Stranger Things. Knowing nothing, and convinced that their daughter is still being held somewhere, Nancy and Jonathan will do everything they can to try to free Barb's parents from this burden by approaching a journalist ready to divulge the reality of what happened at Hawkins.

For this new POP action figure from Stranger Things, exclusive to EMCC, Funko takes Barb's figure from season 1 and passes it in an 8-bit style that perfectly matches the retro style of the series!

So we find a POP of Barb faithful to the character's physique: a young redheaded girl, with big glasses, a rather strict and reserved look with her pink sweater with a small collar, beige pants and brown shoes.

On the figurine, Barbara stands with her arms folded as she holds a textbook with a purple cover. The posture of the character on the figurine is another nice nod to the Stranger Things series where Barb clearly appears as "the first in class".
