POP Moana (Moana)

Moana is the heroine of the Disney cartoon of the same name which is inspired by a Polynesian legend. She is the daughter of Tui and Sina and is destined to become a tribal chief instead of her father when she grows up. Since she was a little girl, Tui has forbidden her to go to sea and cross the reef because the neighbouring island would be cursed.

According to the legend, the neighboring island would be Te Fiti, the creative goddess of the world who took the form of an island. Her heart possesses the power of creation and it is he who gives life to the ocean, but several thousand years ago Maui, a demigod stole the heart to give it to humans. When she was a baby, Moana found the jade stone that represents Te Fiti's heart while she was collecting shells on the beach. The ocean chose it to restore balance by restoring Te Fiti's heart, but she loses the magic stone when her father comes to take her away from the sea. A few years later, when the fish begin to disappear and the coconut trees no longer yield coconuts, Moana is decided to take the boat to find food elsewhere. It was then that her grandmother revealed to her that the stone she had found was in fact the heart of the cursed island, Te Fiti.

She must go to return it to her with the help of the demigod Maui. Moana takes a boat and goes in search of the demigod, accompanied by Pua her pink pig and Hei Hei whom she discovers by chance on board while she is already sailing in the ocean...

For this exclusive POP figurine, Moana is represented with the outfit she wears throughout her journey: a Polynesian classic made of a straw loincloth covered with a beige fabric with pretty details that she wraps around her waist to form a flounced skirt. An orange fabric is tied around the waist to make a pretty belt. She then wears an orange and beige top to match the loincloth. Around her neck is the shell-shaped necklace that her grandmother gave her before she died, inside which she keeps the jade stone.

In her hands she holds a wooden paddle. We find her long curly black hair and her big black eyes. She adopts a determined posture. Moana's fans will inevitably fall under the spell in front of such energy.
