POP Kazuya (Tekken)

Kazuya, full name Kazuya Mishima, is one of the main fighters in the video game Tekken. The story of Kazuya, and more generally of his family, is at the center of the plot of the different opus of Tekken to the point that Kazuya is present in all the opus of the game, except Tekken 3!

Kazuya is the son of Heihachi Mishima, head of the family business who a few years earlier threw his own son off a cliff to kill him. Kazuya is not dead and he is determined to take revenge on his father, for his attempted assassination but also for the murder of his mother Kazumi. So he takes advantage of the organization of the first "Iron Fist Tournament" to confront him in order to kill two birds with one stone: avenge his mother and take control of the company.

Like his father, Kazuya practices a fighting style derived from karate. This style is so special that it is usually called Mishima style karate! He is a fighter described as very efficient and complete, making him formidable in front of his opponents.

If the first Tekken presents Kazuya Mishima as a hero trying to stop his father, he very quickly becomes an antagonist when his link with Devil (the demonic embarrassment transmitted by his mother) resurfaces. He then shows a facet of himself closer to his father, with a will to dominate the world, far from the original hero...

Kazuya's Funko POP action figure is just like the character in Tekken 4: a shirtless fighter, wearing only white kimono pants, a black belt and hand and foot protections.

On Kazuya's chest are numerous scars and marks, evidence of the hardships Kazuya has endured, especially in his conflicts with his father Heihachi. The main scar is the mark he got when his father threw him off a cliff as a child, the other scars are from when his father tried to get rid of him for good by throwing him into a volcano...

Funko has also pushed the detail of Kazuya's red left iris, a symbol of the different experiences Kazuya has undergone in an attempt to control her demonic discomfort. Her physical appearance also reminds us of her father: a brown man with thick eyebrows and dark eyes.

Finally, Kazuya's POP is reminiscent of the karateka's imposing musculature, from the top of his 1.81m, showing swollen arms and well-drawn abs... Fans of the character will undoubtedly appreciate this Kazuya Mishima figurine!
