About the Medusa #0022 POP! figure
Medusa is a creature from Greek mythology from the Odyssey. Granddaughter of Gaia (the Earth), she is also called Gorgon. Known to petrify all those who cross her gaze by turning them into stone, she ends up being decapitated by Perseus who cunningly uses a mirror so as not to look Medusa directly in the eye.
Terrifying creature, she is beautifully represented by Funko on this POP! Myths of Medusa. We discover the young woman with the body of a snake and hair with a dozen small snakes.
The look of Medusa on this figurine is also icy, paying a nice tribute to mythology and Funko has pushed the details extremely far: the forked tongue of Medusa, the scales all over her body, the jewels on her arms and the piercing on her nose or the arrows stuck in the tail of the snake which is the base of the POP.
The figurine is green with shades of gradient and it will perfectly complement the collection of all fans of mythology.
