Two more POPs on the basketball Dream Team

End of suspense since the "Dream Team" is now complete for this POP Basketball set named Team USA which was supposed to have 6 players. Indeed, Funko has just revealed the last two stars to join the floor under the colors of the USA team and it is Michael Jordan and Scottie Pippen.

MJ is often referred to as the greatest basketball player of all time and has gone far beyond the boundaries of his sport. He won it all with the Chicago Red Bulls and was at the peak of his career in the early 90's when he joined Team USA alongside other legends. For this POP Team USA, Michael Jordan naturally wears the number 9 he proudly wore in the Dream Team in 1992!

Scottie Pippen was MJ's teammate with the Chicago Bulls and went on to win two NBA championships and the Olympics in 1992 and 1996. It was after Michael Jordan retired from the game that Pippen took center stage even more.

So with this new announcement from Funko, the 1992 Olympic gold medal winning Dream Team is complete. NBA fans will enjoy gathering all these legends under the USA colors: Scottie Pippen (#109), Larry Bird (#110), David Robinson (#111), Magic Johnson (#112), Karl Malone (#113) and Michael Jordan (#114)!
