He's one of the most iconic characters in the world of video games, easily recognizable and particularly fast: Sonic. Funko pays tribute to him by unveiling a new wave of POPs in his likeness. The little hedgehog is back, along with his faithful allies and, of course, his sworn enemy...
A total of 6 new POPs complete the Sonic collection, including a duo-pack, a Chase POP and an exceptional Rides POP. This new wave captures the essence of the Sonic universe, meticulously created with vibrant colors, dynamic poses and attention to detail.
The beloved hedgehog's aesthetic is remarkably preserved, from Sonic's characteristic blue spikes to his iconic red shoes.
Funko Pops figures aren't just visually appealing, they celebrate the franchise's heritage. Among the announcements are:
- POP #915 of Amy Rose, the young pink hedgehog appearing in Funko POP for the first time
- POP #916 of "Metal Sonic", the robotic version of the little hedgehog
- the sublime POP #918 of Sonic jumping over rings, a perfect homage to video games as the POP is accompanied by a pixelated background reminiscent of Sega games!
- the POP #923 of Super Sonic, available in a classic and Chase version. The variation lies in Super Sonic's posture (standing on the classic, jumping on the Chase). These POPs show the evolved version of Sonic in full yellow.
- the duo-pack Shadow and Super Shadow, the black hedgehog and Sonic's great rival created by Dr. Eggman...
- Dr. Eggman's POP Rides in his spaceship, perfectly in keeping with the spirit of the game and the character's quirky side. The details are perfect: from the ship's decorations, to the little smoke during takeoff, to the character's physical features, including his imposing moustache!
Funko POP Sonic fans (and nostalgic fans) will be delighted to be able to complete their Funko POP Sonic collection with these new figures and all the other great surprises.
