Discover the Cast Away figures
Cast Away is a film released in the 2000s telling the story of Chuck Noland, Fedex employee and sole survivor of a plane crash on an island. Lost in the middle of the Pacific, Chuck learns how to survive as the years go by...
When he runs aground on this island, Chuck is convinced that help will soon find him. Nevertheless, he gradually realizes that the plane had lost all signal and that the search area must be huge. He will therefore have to fight for survival and hope to find his wife one day.
Among the rare objects at his disposal, Chuck collects the various FedEx parcels that come to be washed up on the beaches of the island. Although it is sometimes of relative usefulness, he will use the objects to improve his daily life. Among these objects is a volleyball that Chuck will transform into a companion of misfortune and named Wilson (the brand of the ball).
This film, in which Chuck Noland is played by Tom Hanks, has received rave reviews from the public and some distinctions from the film world. It is therefore only natural that Funko pays tribute to this film with figurines in his effigy.
There are actually very few characters in the movie, and in most of the scenes Chuck is naturally alone (or with Wilson!), so Funko bet on two Chuck Noland POPs when Chuck Noland has already spent several months or years alone on his island.
