POP Chrollo (Hunter x Hunter)

Chrollo Lucilfer is one of the main antagonists of the manga Hunter x Hunter. He was the founder and the leader of the dreaded Ghost Brigade (Genei Ryôdan in VO). This group gathered criminals from the city of the Shooting Star, a bunch of reprobates having little remorse and not hesitating to resort to the worst atrocities to achieve their ends. Their ends are achieved through theft.

Chrollo's Ghost Brigade is not so much a group of thieves who take what they want in order to get rich, but almost as a game; a challenge. The more difficult it is to steal something, the more pleasure they get from it. The Phantom Brigade, under Chrollo's command, has even exterminated the Kuruta clan in order to remove their eyes and sell them on the black market. It is from there that Kurapika, the last survivor of the Kuruta clan, has a fierce hatred for Chrollo and his companions.

Although inherently evil, Chrollo presents himself as a young man who, although gloomy, has fine features and expresses himself with a certain gentleness. Highly thoughtful, remarkably intelligent and formidable in Nen combat, he is potentially one of the most monstrous men in Hunter x Hunter in terms of power. His strength comes not so much from his physical power, but from his "Hatsu"; his special power: Skill Hunter.

With Skill Hunter, Chrollo can steal anyone's Hatsus under certain conditions. This power has given him all the power he needs to defeat anything that gets in his way. Even Zeno and Silva Zoldyck, who were known to be almost invincible, were unable to defeat him together. Zeno even admitted that he wasn't sure he would have won the fight if it had been serious and one-on-one.

Kurapika, using his Judgment Chain, managed to prevent Chrollo from expressing his Nen, depriving him of his powers and preventing him from making contact with the Brigade. But with the help of Abengane, the Nen Eraser, Chrollo returned to the spotlight. He confronted his former colleague, Hisoka, at the Celestial Tower and won a resounding victory over him, resulting in dozens of collateral deaths. After Hisoka narrowly escaped death thanks to his cunning, he murdered two members of the Brigade, provoking the rage of Chrollo, who then devoted a fierce hatred to him, having no other intention than to kill him.

The Funko POP Chrollo Lucilfer figure presents him as he appears during the events of York Shin City. Indeed, afterwards, his hair will no longer be plastered back as it was then. Thus, the Funko POP Chrollo sports the long dark coat with a fur collar; a long coat on the back of which is an inverted Christian cross. On his forehead, as with the character, the figure Chrollo Lucilfer has a tattooed sigil specific to him.

Finally, the Funko POP Chrollo has a special book on his right hand: the Skill Hunter, the dreaded Hatsu in which he collects all the stolen Hatsus which he can then use. If he has taken it out, it means that the fight is on and that many deaths are to be expected.
