POP Luffy Gear (Metallic) (One Piece)

Monkey D. Luffy is the main character of the manga and animation series One Piece. Luffy is a young and daring pirate from the village of Fuchsia in East Blue. He is the captain of his own crew: "The Straw Hat Crew", composed of powerful and famous pirates like Roronoa Zoro, the vice-captain, or Sanji Vinsmoke, the Black Leg. His dream as a pirate is to become the King of the Pirates, by finding this "One Piece", a priceless treasure hidden by the Pirate Lord Gol D. Roger before his execution. Luffy is known throughout the pirate world as a character who causes a lot of trouble for organizations like the Navy and the World Government. This reputation earned him a huge bounty of 1.500.000.000 Berrys.

Concerning his physical abilities and skills, Luffy is a talented demon fruit user. Indeed, when he was still a child, he ate a demon fruit, the "Gomu Gomu No Mi", that is to say, the rubber fruit which made him a rubber man, able to extend all his limbs. All his attacks are based on his ability to extend, stretch his limbs as he pleases. Moreover, Luffy is able to use the three types of Hakis (the Haki of kings, the Haki of weapons and the Haki of perception), which remains extraordinary for a pirate because few are those who know how to handle these 3 Hakis. All these abilities make the young protagonist a very powerful pirate and feared by all.

This POP figure features Luffy the captain of the famous Straw Hat crew, during the Land of Wa arc in which Luffy will have to face Kaido. The young protagonist is dressed in a red kimono with blue patterns and wooden flip-flops. He has of course his famous straw hat hanging behind his neck which was lent to him by Emperor Shanks the Red until the two men meet again. Luffy as in the manga has short and black hair that he tied in a bun above his head like a Wano samurai. Of course he still has his characteristic scar at the bottom of his left eye with two stitches that he made when he was still a child to prove to Shanks that he was a real pirate. On this POP, Luffy is armed fist ready to attack any enemy in front of him. This Pop unlike the others is metallic, which brings a texture to the figurine that gives a much more realistic side, something to delight the biggest fans of the One Piece saga.
