POP Caterpie (Pokémon)

Caterpie is a first generation Pokemon that can evolve into Metapod and then into Butterfree. It is very famous among Pokemon hunters because it is the first time a Pokemon has evolved.

Resembling a larva, it has the body of a caterpillar with a green back and a yellow belly. It is physically very recognizable with its red Y-shaped antenna on its skull and its two big eyes, disproportionate to its body!

As for his abilities in combat, Caterpie has two main talents which are particularly useful for his defense: the powder screen which protects him from attacks and the escape which allows him to escape from a fight lost in advance...

With this POP of Caterpie, Funko expands a little more the collection of Pokemon POP figures. The Caterpie figure is very faithful to the little insect that looks like a caterpillar. We discover a green and yellow Pokemon, with its big black eyes, its little sucker legs and its antenna that seems to draw eyebrows on Caterpie’s face!

Being a larva, the POP would be quite unstable, that's why Funko decided to present the Caterpie POP by making it rest on a transparent base. On the figure, the Pokemon stands on the back base of its body. In short, a very faithful POP to the Pokemon ranked #10 in the Pokedex.
