At the beginning of the series, Penny moves in front of Sheldon and Leonard's apartment, who quickly falls in love with the pretty blonde. Despite their different worlds, a friendship between her and the four scientists is formed and she will even enter their world by taking an interest in their passion for video games and superheroes.
