POP Leonard Hofstadter (Star Trek) (Fade) (The Big Bang Theory)

Leonard Hofstadter is one of the main characters in the series The Big Bang Theory. Leonard works as an experimental physicist at Caltech University in California. He grew up in a family of scientists: his mother is a neuropsychiatrist, his father is an anthropologist, his brother is a professor at Harvard and his sister is a surgeon. He is a geek who shares his passion with his friends and other scientists from the Raj, Howard and Sheldon series. The latter is also his roommate, despite his unbearable character. Like his friends, he is a fan of science fiction, comic books and video games. In the series, we sometimes see them dressing up as Star Trek or DC comics when they go to conventions or other events.

In this Pop! Star Trek special Pop! collection, Funko represented the four scientists with each one of them wearing a "Fade" version of a t-shirt colour. This is the exclusive version of an existing figurine where the character is represented with black pants, a yellow long-sleeved t-shirt with gold stripes and holding a gun in his hand. On the chest is the golden symbol of the vessel Enterprise. This figurine differs from the classic version because Leonard is partially transparent to teleport.
