POP Pinocchio (Pinocchio)

Pinocchio is a Disney story about a puppet who became a small child. The story begins in the workshop of Geppetto, a manufacturer of wooden toys. The latter, sad not to have a child, wishes his puppet would come to life.

His wish is granted by the blue fairy who makes a deal with Pinocchio: he will be able to become a real little boy on the only condition that he proves himself worthy of it, that is to say that his behaviour is irreproachable.

Unfortunately Pinocchio is thirsty to discover the world and his curiosity sometimes takes him on dangerous paths and complex adventures. Trying as best he can to get out of it, and with the help of the cricket Jiminy always there to advise him, Pinocchio will show courage and kindness to get out of the bad steps...

Some of this nonsense remains famous, however, such as the passage where he deliberately lies to the fairy and where his nose gets longer. This is one of the scenes that has entered popular culture among children!

The POP figure of Pinocchio is beautiful with a very shiny painted wood effect that perfectly represents the puppet. The Disney character is represented in his outfit as designed by Geppetto: red shoes, red shorts with yellow button straps, a yellow t-shirt with a small black vest on it, white gloves on his hands and his yellow and blue hat on his head.

On this Pinocchio figurine, the child puppet is standing with his arms outstretched as if he is justifying himself. In reality, Pinocchio is lying, as evidenced by his lengthening nose... Placed on his nose, we find Jiminy the cricket who is most certainly lecturing Pinocchio!
