POP Dr. Ian Malcolm (Wounded) (Jurassic Park)

Ian Malcolm is a mathematician commissioned by John Hammond to carry out the control visit of Jurassic Park. Although he has no expertise directly related to dinosaurs, unlike Alan Grant or Ellie Sattler, Malcom brings wisdom and his theories to try to provide more fundamental answers on Hammond's actions, the relevance of Jurassic Park or the safety of the amusement park once it is open to the general public.

Dr. Ian Malcolm is a unique character at the crossroads of the bad boy, the flirt and the philosopher. His main character trait: being very pessimistic! That's why he doesn't see John Hammond's Jurassic Park project in a good light and keeps repeating that we shouldn't go against nature and that bringing back to life a species that became extinct 65 million years ago can be a good idea... The sequel will prove him right since Jurassic Park will soon fall into an infernal chaos where the only master on board is the T-Rex!

The T-Rex will also leave a difficult memory for Dr. Ian Malcolm, when he is wounded in the back of a jeep by being chased by the dinosaur. On several occasions, the T-Rex almost devours the car and the teeth of the imposing dinosaur pass within a few centimetres of Malcolm's head...

Funko also represents Ian Malcolm in an action figure where he is injured. Lying on the ground, Malcom has a makeshift bandage on his bleeding leg where the tourniquet is his belt! Just like on Malcolm's first POP, he wears his leather outfit (or at least what's left of it...). His shirt is completely torn, revealing the scientist's muscular torso.

Ian Malcolm's POP Jurassic Park is faithful to the character, since although he is injured, Malcolm still seems to pose like a flirt. With his hair combed back, his right hand along his leg, he stands half up as if he were lying on a couch!
