POP Robin Sparkles (How I Met Your Mother)

Robin is one of the young women in Ted's gang of friends. Originally from Canada, she joined the group after moving to New York City to pursue her career as a TV journalist on a small network.

In the first season of How I Met Your Mother, the plot suggests that she may be the famous stranger. After Barney is "introduced" to Robin, the two young men meet for a date at an Italian dinner party. It is besides from this scene that the POP figurine of Ted Mosby with the blue horn is drawn!

Robin Scherbatsky begins a love relationship with Ted during the episodes, but also with Barney afterwards. This independent young woman, raised like a boy by her father and very careerist. Practicing ice hockey and rifle shooting, her hobbies are a testament to the young woman's character.

Funko's POP De How I Met Your Mother figure of Robin is a nice nod to the series, as Robin is portrayed as a teenager hosting a Canadian television show for young audiences. The excerpts from this show are often moments of mockery that the little gang enjoys, Barney even seeing sexual allusions to the show!

We thus find Robin under the pseudonym of Robin Sparkle. Dressed in the fashion of the middle of the Nineties with a skirt and a denim jacket, his clothes testify to the look of the time. She also wears black pants, a white top and many jewels: pearl necklace, earrings bracelets and a bow in her hair.

Robin's POP figurine is faithful to the character while the girl is just a teenager. Her crazy look and sparkling eyes show the spirit she put into her role as a hostess, which certainly made her germinate her vocation as a reporter.

Finally, Funko chose to portray Robin on this POP straight from one of the clips on the show she was hosting. She stands with one leg curled up and her arms wide open as she addresses her audience.
