POP Asuma (Metallic) (Naruto Shippuden)

Of all the clans in the village of Konoha, there is one that has been relatively undeveloped, even though it has some worthy representatives within it. The Sarutobi clan was the birthplace of Hiruzen Sarutobi, who was the third Hokage before taking over his position when his successor died. But there is another representative of the Sarutobi clan to have distinguished himself in Naruto's story: Asuma Sarutobi, an exceptional Jônin who has particularly marked the fans.

The generation of Naruto's Genins was then composed of 3 teams to which was added the team 9 administered by Gai Maito. If Naruto was supervised by Kakashi Hatake, three of his comrades, in an analogous framework, were the students of Asuma Sarutobi. Ino Yamanaka, Shikamaru Nara and Shôji Akimichi composed the team 10 under the lax supervision of Asuma Sarutobi.

Asuma, indeed, was a relatively understanding master. He rewarded Shôji, even after his defeat at the Chuunin exam. But of his three students, he was especially close to Shikamaru, whom he helped to develop his full potential and make him one of the most outstanding Genin of his generation.

Always with a cigarette in his mouth, Asuma appears to be a rather untrustworthy Jônin as he was the only one who did not intervene when Neji tried to kill Hinata. And this, even though he had the nerve to claim the contrary. Asuma has a relationship with Kurenai Yuhi, who is in charge of training the team 8. Both will end up having a child. Asuma will never know the existence of his child, but he will sacrifice himself to Hidan during one of his missions. He will be later avenged by Shikamaru, putting an end to the threat represented by Hidan by using the last cigarette of this master he loved so much.

It should be noted that Asuma Sarutobi mastered the element of Futeon, teaching the rudiments of what there was to know about this faculty to Naruto who shared the same elemental affinity. The blades of his weapons were also infused with Futon chakra to defeat his opponents.

The Funko POP figure of Asuma Sarutobi represents the character ready for battle. You can tell by his posture but also by the fact that the Asuma Funko POP figure is wearing his weapons on each of his fists. The weapons of the Asuma figure are then knuckles at the ends of which are blades usually extended by his chakra.

Asuma's POP figure wears the traditional Konoha Jônin uniform and a beard collar in addition to a headband with the ideogram of fire on it, symbol of the hidden village of Konoha. For obvious reasons, the Funko POP figure does not display a cigarette at his mouth as the character does, precisely in order not to give bad habits to those who would contemplate it. So it can be offered to young people.
