Supernatural: two new Funko POP figures to celebrate the series' return

Funko is adding Meg Masters and Jack Kline to its Supernatural lineup for December 2026. Both are being released as web exclusives, and one of them comes with a Chase that lights up once the lights go out. Meanwhile, the series itself has just returned to action.

The series returned in September

Supernatural ended on November 19, 2020 after fifteen seasons. Six years later, it has returned in a different form.

On September 2, 2026, Dynamite Entertainment published Supernatural: Wayward Special, a 48-page issue written by Paulina Ganucheau and illustrated by John Amor. Its premise breaks the strongest rule in the franchise: something separates Sam and Dean.

And this is only the setup. The publisher has confirmed that the issue leads into a larger Supernatural event, announced at San Diego Comic-Con and scheduled for later this year. In other words, the license is active again at exactly the moment Funko is releasing these two figures.

Jack Kline – POP #1983, and his glow-in-the-dark Chase

Lucifer's son arrives with a rare one-in-six variant in a glow in the dark finish.

The choice is not purely decorative. Jack is a nephilim, half human and half angel, and the only one whose parent is an archangel. His powers are shown on screen through glowing eyes, a visual detail that acts as a barometer of his instability throughout his seasons. A figure that lights up in the dark is about as direct a translation of that signal as possible.

Funko sums up the character bluntly: « everyone is expecting him to trigger the apocalypse. » The description adds that Sam and Dean may be able to help him change course, which is an elegant way of summarizing three seasons of uncertainty.

Meg Masters – POP #1979, the demon who switched sides

The other release reaches much further back into the history of the series.

Meg appears as early as season one as an enemy, before becoming one of the few recurring characters to operate on both sides depending on the circumstances. What makes her interesting is less her role as an antagonist than her relationship with Castiel, whom she calls Clarence from beginning to end, and which remains one of the most discussed threads among longtime viewers.

Funko plays on that ambiguity in its description, saying that she is coming to « tempt » your collection. It is brief, but accurate.

Two exclusives, one real availability problem

This is the main thing collectors need to keep in mind.

Both figures are being released as web exclusives. Neither will go through standard retail channels, and French retailers currently list no price for either one, which confirms that they are not expected to be distributed through them.

Meg also comes with the new authentication system Funko is rolling out with Octane5, using a sticker with a unique code and QR code that is gradually replacing traditional exclusivity stickers. On a license where older figures can sell for high prices, that kind of protection has real value.

The result: a one-in-six Chase on a figure that is already exclusive. Combining those two factors makes the glow-in-the-dark Jack Kline particularly difficult to obtain anywhere outside the resale market.
