On the occasion of Funkoween, Funko has just revealed figurines featuring Tim Burton's 1990 masterpiece Edward Scissorhands. Telling the story of Edward, a young man created by a genius inventor whose hands are equipped with scissors and who will experience the harsh reality of integration among men.

Starring Johnny Depp in the role of Edward, Burton has made one of the greatest films by returning to difficult themes such as exclusion, conformism and confrontation with others.

Funko makes up for the lack of figurines for this magnificent film by unveiling a series of 6 POPs, 5 of which are in honor of the character of Edward. We discover Edward in different outfits. We recognize his eccentric make-up, his sad eyes, his tangled brown hair and of course his many scissors instead of his hands. The 6th figurine is in the effigy of Kim, the girl who pushes Edward to reveal himself to the world.

Funko makes a nice nod to Tim Burton's masterpiece, especially in the accessories and decorations of the figurines. We rediscover with pleasure a hedge cut by Edward in the shape of a dinosaur or a line of paper characters that he cut out.
