They are one of the most emblematic Disney couples, an eternal love that illuminates the entire film "Up!" and that we can't get enough of... Funko, exclusively for Pop in a Box, pays a heartfelt tribute to Ellie and Carl by unveiling a magnificent POP of their marriage.
Remember, in the movie Up! although Ellie has been dead for a few years, Carl relives the happy moments spent with his wife. These two adventurers, dreamers since their childhood, have shared everything and the scene of their wedding shows how much they were made for each other... despite their differences. Indeed, if Carl is rather shy and discreet, Ellie on her side seems more expressive even crazy! But while they met as children, their friendship quickly turned into a timeless love.
This POP of Ellie and Carl's wedding is just sublime. It features the two lovers, on the happiest day of their lives, holding hands. Ellie is sumptuous in her long white dress, while Carl shyly waves to their families (for a big shy guy like him, he is galvanized on the POP!).
As Funko did so well, the POP of Carl and Ellie is very faithful to the two characters that we recognize perfectly. The details are all there, starting of course with Carl's imposing glasses...
Note: Funko already proposed a duo pack (released in 2019) of Carl and Ellie, we discovered them as children where Ellie holds her adventure book in her hands while Carl seems to want to fly away by running with a balloon. This new POP presenting them the day of their wedding is thus perfect for the fans of LĂ Haut.
