Funko and Amazon have teamed up to offer an exclusive set of POP Marvel figurines that collectors will be able to combine end to end to create a "unique mini collection". If the year has been rich in Marvel figurines with the release of the latest Avengers, it seems that it's not over yet!
The first POP revealed for this partnership is the one of Iron Man taking off. The base of the miniature lets you imagine how each hero will be connected to the other since the collection promises to recreate the scene of the very first Avengers where we see the 6 heroes (Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, Hulk, Black Widow and Hawkeye) together for the first time.
This unique new series, called "The Marvel Avengers Assemble Series" suggests a potential new category of POP if the initiative is replicated in other collections. Especially since Funko promises for this series figurines with much more details than the "classic" versions of the characters.
Note: the POP Deluxe Avengers by Iron Man is on pre-order on Amazon and will be shipped from January 2020. When shipments of this first miniature will start, Funko and Amazon will reveal the second POP, and so on!
