Harley Quinn, the animated series, offers a captivating, madcap dive into the chaotic world of the infamous Harley Quinn, the Joker's eccentric sidekick. The series, which debuted in 2019, stands out for its bold tone, unbridled humor and ability to explore the complex nuances of the Harley Quinn character.
It was clearly one of the big misses in Funko POP for DC fans and Harley Quinn fans in particular, but Funko has just announced the release of an entire set featuring characters from the animated series.
In the animated series, the story begins with Harley Quinn, freshly emancipated from her toxic relationship with the Joker, determined to make her mark in Gotham City's criminal world...
Accompanied by her loyal friend Poison Ivy, Harley embarks on a tumultuous journey to prove that she's much more than just a crazy, dedicated sidekick! She crosses paths with other "villains" from the DC Universe, and to our great delight, we find them in Funko POP.
It's a particularly complete set that Funko has unveiled, with POPs of the various characters:
- Harley Quinn with her red and black outfit, colorful hair and crazy look
- Poison Ivy, who allows Harley to escape from the asylum and is faithfully represented with her long red hair and green complexion
- The Joker, who wears a demonic smile and a purple costume that brings out his bkanc...
- Frank, the most cheerful carnivorous plant in the DC Universe
- Doctor Psycho, one of the villains to join Harley Quinn's team
- Another POP of Poison Ivy in a Glow in the Dark version, whose effect perfectly matches the character (this is not a GITD version, but an original and exclusive POP)
- Finally, a duo pack of the animated series' pairing with Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy.
