Jurassic World Fallen Kingdom is the second opus of the new trilogy dedicated to Jurassic Park! About twenty years after the incidents in the park created by John Hammond, everything seems to be under control now: Jurassic World is a leisure park that attracts millions of visitors every year, and where a hundred species of dinosaurs live together! Nevertheless, the park's activity is declining, and the stakes and financial pressures are pushing researchers to create a brand new species of dinosaur, more powerful than the T-Rex, faster than velociraptors, and smarter than any other dinosaur: the Indominus Rex.
Unfortunately, the Indominus Rex will succeed in creating chaos, organizing a huge escape from its enclosure and creating a panic situation that will lead to the fall of Jurassic World. The island of Isla Nublar will be abandoned by men but the dinosaurs will continue their activities.
Claire Dearing, the former director of operations of the park is now at the head of an association for the protection of dinosaurs and is trying to organize an expedition to save the species threatened by a volcano on Isla Nublar. She is convinced by Benjamin Lockwood's plan to move a dozen species to a new island where the dinosaurs will be preserved from danger and away from humans.
Unfortunately, it turns out that Lockwood, an old man who is too weak, is betrayed by his associate Eli Mills whose real plans are to repatriate the dinosaurs in order to sell them at auction, with the final goal of financing his research to create new dinosaurs capable of being used as weapons?
Thus we find Claire Dearing and Owen Grady again on the island of Isla Nublar, accompanied by a few companions and facing the dinosaurs that have regained their freedom, including the imposing Tyrannosaurus Rex, the trained velociraptor Blue or the Stygimoloch Stiggy from the first episode of Jurassic World.
