POP Monkey D Luffy (One Piece)

Monkey D. Luffy is the main character in the manga and animated series One Piece. Luffy is a young and daring pirate from the village of Fuchsia in East Blue. When he was still a child he ate a Devil's Fruit, the "Gomu Gomu No Mi", that is to say the fruit of the rubber that will make him a rubber man, able to extend all his limbs. Throughout his adventure, Luffy accompanied by his crew the "Mugiwara" also known as the "Straw Hat Crew" will travel the seas and oceans to find the famous One Piece. Indeed, his ultimate dream as a pirate is to become the King of Pirates, by finding the "One Piece", a priceless treasure hidden by the Lord of Pirates Gol D. Roger before his execution.

In this Pop! figurine, Funko depicts Luffy in light clothing as he usually does because of his adventures through warm countries and oceans. We see Luffy with his red shirt open, his blue shorts tied with a yellow ribbon and sandals. At the level of his head, we find his famous straw hat, given by Shanks the Red, one of the four emperors, under his eye we see a scar with two stitches that he made with a knife to prove his courage to Shanks. In addition, there is another X-shaped scar on his chest, this time made by Akainu, an Admiral of the Navy, during the War at the Summit.
