POP Steve with bandana (Stranger Things)

Steve is the popular boy at Hawkins High School. He has been dating Nancy Wheeler since the first season of the Stranger Things series on Netflix. During the first season, Steve appears as the most popular boy of the school using his charms to seduce Nancy but over the episodes he turns out to be a much more complete character.

Mixed in spite of himself with the strange events which occur in Hawkins, it is by going to find Nancy that Steve will be confronted with Demogorgon. To face him, he will build himself a studded bat and try to push back the monster.

During season 2, Steve recovered from the events. He is one of the few people in the small town to be aware of the "real" events and has resumed a normal life. He is still in a relationship with Nancy although their love is no longer truly reciprocal.

It is to Steve that Dustin Henderson will turn, calling him for help to get his hands on Dart again. Dart is a mini Demogorgon collected by Dustin who becomes little by little uncontrollable... Steve then takes back his famous baseball bat to capture the creature.

Towards the end of season 2, Steve is in charge of keeping the children in the Byers' house. While Joyce is with her infected son Mike, and Chief Hopper and Eleven are about to try to close the breach in the lab, the little gang with Max manages to convince Steve that they must also act.

It is from this scene that Steve's POP figure is taken. Indeed, Funko represented him while he is in the upside down world, preparing a diversion by setting fire to the underground galleries while Eleven uses his powers to close the breach.

Steve goes down into the galleries with only protective gear: diving goggles, a bandana and yellow household gloves. On the POP, we can see very clearly that he is in the underground tunnels dug by the Mental Flagellation because the colors are much more attenuated.

We recognize very well Steve's physique, he wears his white sneakers, his blue jeans and his grey jacket completely closed. The "fashion" haircut doesn't deceive and reminds us that Steve gives hairdressing advice to Dustin! Finally, Funko has of course represented the baseball bat with the nails on this POP figurine of Steve, we find it hanging on his back.
