POP Pikachu (Pokémon)

Pikachu is THE emblematic Pokemon of the license. Eclectic in type, this pokemon has the appearance of a small yellow rodent which is referenced as the 25th Pokemon in the pokédex, even though it is certainly the best known of all!

Cunning and distrustful, Pikachu is a unique pokemon. It hurls lightning bolts at its enemies when it feels threatened. Inspired by the pika, a small rodent from the mountains of South America, it also lives in the mountains, in groups and feeds on fruit although to its dismay it is known to roast berries with its lightning bolts?

For this new Pikachu figurine, we find a laughing and playful pokemon! Pikachu is perfectly recognizable, completely yellow, with big black eyes, red cheekbones and long pointed ears with black tips.

Contrary to the first Pikachu figures, this time Funko represented him standing sideways with his ears pointing in opposite directions as if he was moving! Finally, Funko has obviously pushed the detail to the representation of his lightning tail.
