POP Miguel Rivera (Glow) (Coco)

Main character of the cartoon Coco, Miguel is driven by a single passion: music. This will lead him to an exceptional adventure that will take place on the Day of the Dead: the famous festival del dia de los muertos in Mexico.

Miguel has to brave his family's ban by taking part in a talent contest. To play my guitar, he decides to borrow the guitar of his idol, Ernesto de la Cruz, which is displayed in the latter's mausoleum. The guitar then takes him to the land of the dead where he will become friends with Héctor. The two protagonists will realize that they are linked by their passion for music, but also by blood, since Miguel is none other than Hector's grandson.

In their adventures, Miguel and Hector will highlight the tragedy that struck the Rivera family and reveal the imposture of Ernesto de la Cruz who stole Hector's songs to become famous. Restoring the truth, Miguel will bring joy back to his family and reunite everyone around the music.

Funko has unveiled a new Miguel figurine in Coco, it takes up Miguel's posture and clothes in the original version: red jacket, hood on his head, face make-up (to pretend he is a skeleton) and hands in pockets to hide the flesh on his bones that would betray his presence in the world of the dead. In a glow in the dark version that will find favour with all fans of the animated film and all collectors who already own one or more figurines from this collection!
