About the Batman, Selina Kyle, Oswald Cobblepot & The Riddler #0000 POP! figure
Funko offers a multipack of 4 POP figures featuring the characters of the movie The Batman directed by Matt Reeves and released in 2022. In this pack, we find the 4 main characters of the movie and the multipack is perfect for those who would like to go to the essential!
The Batman takes place two years after Bruce Wayne first donned his Gotham City vigilante suit. As he watches over the city, Batman is challenged by a serial killer who calls himself the Riddler. Riddler seems to be fighting an ideological battle by attacking the city's corrupt people: outgoing Mayor Mitchell, District Attorney Colson or even mafia boss Falcone. His trademark? Staging his crimes and leaving enigmas...
In this multipack, we find the POP of :
- Batman: a POP of Batman in his costume from the movie The Batman where we find all the details: the seams on his mask, the bat logo on his chest, the different gadgets on his arms and belt. Funko has depicted Batman in action, fists clenched as the Gotham vigilante prepares to do battle with his enemies.
- Selina Kyle aka Catwoman: Selina Kyle meets Batman in The Batman and the two team up to solve their respective missions. Batman wants to stop Riddler while Selina wants to avenge her best friend. Selina's POP depicts her in her Catwoman outfit, a leather jumpsuit and a wool cat mask that hides her face.
- Oswald Cobblepot aka the Penguin: He is one of the mobsters controlling Gotham, especially since he took over the drug trade. As the owner of the nightclub frequented by Gotham's underworld and corrupt elites, he is at the center of the story. On the Penguin's POP, we find the features of the actor Colin Farrell who plays him. With his balding head, wrinkles on his forehead and his suit and tie hidden under a raincoat, the mobster cliché is perfectly represented on the Penguin POP figure.
- The Riddler: the big bad of the movie, presented on this figure in his "stage costume". Indeed, the Riddler Funko POP figure represents him wearing a green suit with a kind of gas mask that hides his face. The "?" symbol is on his jacket and Riddler is holding a roll of tape in his hands as he prepares to tie up his next victim...
Note: each of these POPs is also offered separately by Funko in the POP The Batman set.
