POP Owen Grady (Jurassic World Fallen Kingdom)

Owen Grady is one of the main characters of Jurassic World. He is employed at the park and is in charge of studying the behaviour of dinosaurs with the aim of "training" the velociraptors that he loves like his children.

Between a bad boy and an angelic face, Owen Grady is a complex character with a strong character but who does not deviate from the rule of following his convictions and living his life as he sees fit. A former soldier in the Navy, Owen combines physical abilities with a real knowledge of dinosaurs - a passion he developed as a child during a visit to a dig led by Alan Grant.

With Bary (played by Omar Sy), Grady spends much of his time training four velociraptors: Blue, Charlie, Delta and Echo. He cherishes these dinosaurs as loved ones with whom he is the first to be able to interact and be understood or obeyed. Unfortunately, his work is of interest to military organizations who see a better opportunity to use dinosaurs as weapons rather than as attractions in a theme park. This is what will lead in part to the cataclysm that occurs in Jurassic World.

While Owen Grady sincerely loves dinosaurs, he is not convinced that they are meant to live with humans, and he is even less appreciative of some of the experiments conducted by the park. So it's only natural that he doesn't like the new attraction: a dinosaur that was 100% invented from the DNA of other dinosaurs and never existed, the indominus rex. Owen is in charge of controlling the security of his enclosure when he realizes that the Indominus rex has developed the ability to hide in order to orchestrate its escape and spread panic in the park...

As for his personal life, we don't know much about Owen Grady except that he had a rather tumultuous relationship with Claire Dearing, the director of operations of Jurassic World. Jurassic's exceptional adventures will once again bring the two lovebirds together, but their strong characters may also keep them apart.

Owen Grady's POP action figure is just like the character: a "bad boy" on the border between an adventurer and a modern cowboy. Performed by actor Chris Pratt, the POP takes on the features of the actor. So we find a figurine with the look of an explorer where Owen wears a small blue shirt, a reporter vest which is practical because sleeveless and with many pockets, his dark grey explorer pants held by a belt. On the accessories side, Owen Grady's Jurassic World figurine includes the yellow bag worn across the shoulder and a leather protection bracelet that Owen wears on his left forearm. Finally, the actor is perfectly recognizable with his 3-day beard and his light goatee. His chestnut hair perfectly coiffed in a "slightly tousled" style makes the charm of Owen Grady.
