POP Kate injured (Hawkeye)

Funko brings us a new POP of Kate Bishop wearing an ugly Christmas sweater. Taken from the 4th episode of the Hawkeye series airing late 2021 on the Disney+ platform. The series follows the adventures, or rather the meeting, between Kate and her idol: Clint Barton aka Hawkeye.

In the mini-series, we get to know Kate Bishop, and in particular her intrepid, rebellious character, who leads her into perilous situations. While trying to unravel the mystery surrounding her future father-in-law, Kate finds herself in possession of the costume of the man who used to be called "The Ronin". Having fallen off the radar years ago, some believe the vigilante has returned, and his enemies are determined to exact their revenge...

Clint, although retired from the Avengers since the Thanos events, finds himself obliged to return to service to close the "Ronin" chapter once and for all. To do so, he'll have to team up with Kate - something he's far from thrilled about!

The POP is taken from the scene where Kate joins Clint in their makeshift hideout to celebrate Christmas early. Kate, like Clint, has a face well scarred from fighting Maya's men...

Despite her scarred face, Kate is as radiant as ever. Played by actress Hailee Steinfeld, the young woman's POP is very faithful to the series. She wears her ugly sweater with the snowflake, but also her pants torn by the numerous stunts.

The figure's attitude is a good representation of Kate Bishop's young but determined character. Funko has done a particularly good job of expressing her face, with its sparkling eyes. It's easy to imagine that Kate is teasing Clint, probably reminding him how out of touch he is, or giving him a few tips on how to better "sell" himself to the general public!
